The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Went to a concert at the House of Blues tonight with Alex and her two cousins James and Michael. We left like extra early about 4ish (doors opened at 7:30), and we got there probably around 5:15...lots of traffic. Anyways so we're waiting outside in direct sunlight...it's extremely hot so me and Alex go inside the restaurant to the store to look around while the boys stay outside. We're leaving the little store when the boys are walking by and they're like come on! So us four and literally like 8 other people go through the building upstairs to this really private little room with chairs and a miny stage and this guy is like, James and Scott of Finger 11 are going to do an acoustic set for y'all...how freaking AWESOME is that??? After their set the rest of the guys from the band came in and we got autographs and got to talk to all of them and take a few group pictures with everyone in the room. Since we were up there we got to go to a special line where we got to go into the area where the actual concert was first...sweeeet. So yeah we were at the very front of the pit, like the entire time I was in there I was leaning against the rail that keeps the people off the stage. After Sick Puppies (my favorite band) played we all (the 4 of us) left the pit and went to where they were selling stuff so we could get autographs from the band. I went after Alex to get my autograph and I walk up to Shim (lead singer) and he's like "Hey I remember you" I was like really? He goes yeah you were at the last show right? What's you're name? So I told him my name as I shook his hand (he held my hand in both of his XD) and he smiled at me really big. *le sigh* They had to leave when Finger 11 started so I couldn't get a pic at the time, so Alex and I waited around in the lobby. While we were out there we got autographs and got to talk to the guys from the band Inept, they were so nice. We got a hug from the singer because we were wearing our Free Hugs shirt. Anywho, a little before Finger 11 finished Sick Puppies came back out to finish signing so Alex and I got back in line to get pictures with them. When I took my picture with them Shim put both of his arms around me XD. This was literally the best night of my life, not even kidding. My legs and feet are killing me and I had to throw away my cameras but it was totally worth it.

I have the ice cream truck song stuck in my head...which now that I think about it sounds amazingly like 'Do your ears hang low'. Then in the background is the annoyingly constant hum and banging of my favorite shoes going through the washing machine. There were about 5 pounds of mud on each one...got the majority of the mud off thankfully, now I'm just hoping to actually get them CLEAN. Which would be really nice....they used to be so nice and pretty, and hopefully they will be again once they're clean.
